How long does delivery take?
Punjab: 3 to 4 working days. All other provinces: 4 to 5 working days. We deliver to every city in Pakistan.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on orders of Rs. 2,500 or more. Below that, delivery is Rs. 300 in Punjab and Rs. 400 in other provinces for the first 500 g, plus Rs. 100 for each extra 500 g. You see the exact fee in your cart, before you order.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay the rider in cash when your parcel reaches you. If you prefer, you can pay first by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Can I return or exchange a product?
You can return a product within 7 days of the day you received your order. Unused products only. The customer pays the return delivery, unless the product arrived damaged or was not what was ordered. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
